“One of the best looking and maintained mobile home parks around. Although spaces can be a bit tight, there are plenty of other amenities that satisfy the atmosphere like trees! It's are good walk through the park and although they did get rid of their pool, you won't miss it. Laundry is a bit small and takes long to get in and out...there's a great laundry down the street if you really need one. Close to markets and shopping centers (Walmart/Target/Sam's etc), 5 city blocks away but makes the neighborhood still feel secluded. Joey the manager can nitpick but overall the park is in good shape and has a great atmosphere. Low prices for the area also.”
