Free use of small clubhouse for parties and special events. The same clubhouse also serves as a delightfully well stocked library. Tree lined grassy areas are all very well maintained. This is a senior community, which is why it is so peaceful. The location is within easy walking distance to all manner of shops and stores. And also because the rent is the lowest you can find anywhere in Southern California, properties are rarely on the market. So if you are looking, keep a close eye out, and if something becomes available....LEAP!!!!! A DEFINITE 5 OUT OF 5 STARS for the wonderful La Verne Mobile Country Club.”
