“This nursing home is so clean! The nursing director and her team were welcoming, accommodating and kind. My sister and I toured several places in the area and this was one of our top choices. Patients seemed to enjoy the staff and vice versa. They even had a staff Zumba lesson going during our tour! So neat. A tour says a lot for a place and this tour gave us good feelings.”

“When the time comes and you want to place your loved one in a retirement home, you can become very uncertain about them, the place, people and overall facility. It’s definitely a hard decision to make. With Palmcrest, that decision becomes really easy! This place is truly heaven on earth. My aunt has been a resident for the past 2 years and we couldn't be happier. The elderly are still cherished, honored and respected. They hold fun games, and movies at the facility! They are always available for the families that have concern and answers their questions delightfully. With all the nightmare stories you hear about senior living facilities, it's nice to actually be the one to stand tall and say NOT THIS ONE...... Great job to everyone over there at Palmcrest. “My grandmother is currently a resident at Palmcrest Grand and I had recently visited her for one of the parties that they were having. They were all having such a great time and it was awesome to see that my grandmother managed to make some friends! I jokingly asked if she wanted to come home with us and she said yea right! Happy to see that they are taking care of my grandmother and would recommend this place to anyone looking to feel a part of a community at the retirement stage of their life.”
