“Nice and quiet area. Cool house and features like the rooftop patio were pretty unique. My room was plenty spacious and completely clean. I met one of the people that tends to the house, she was super sweet and made me feel welcome (can't remember her name, sorry). All in all it was a nice stay for a couple nights and I'd definitely stay here again.”

“Honestly, this place is fantastic! Clean rooms, clean beds. Ive stayed here quite a bit and for the price in this area, it simply can't be beat. I have never seen a beg bug here. Never! The only reason why i didnt give it 5 stars in because I really wish they had microwaves in all the rooms. I also think they should have vending machines...but the gas station across the street is PE open 24 hours !”

“Very cozy location. Away from all the noise. Area is very cool. Old school, very nice personable staff, clean. Nice package received on check in. Cheese platter, with meats, some fine wine and snacks. Amazing, nice warm greeting. The breakfast was off the hook. Nice and fresh everything. Thank you.”

“Very modern rooms, newly renovated. However there is quite a bit of construction going on throughout the hotel, pool is not yet open and there is a $35 valet fee for parking, no parking lot. The hotel did inform me of several areas where we could street park but this is very limited. Overall we had a good stay, very comfortable beds. Also had complimentary snacks/beverages. I'd stay here again”

“On the beach. Great sunrise and sunsets. You can play in the ocean after just a short walk to the beach. Everyone is friendly. It's a tight fit but remember this is downtown LA on the beach. Besides that we really enjoyed the stay. We even made a bon fire on the beach using one of the cement fire rings. Will definitely come back if we are passing through again.”
