“Best boutique hotel I've ever stayed at! So very clean, quiet and safe. Location is just 7 minutes from Universal studios. Parking is free in it's own covered garage next to my bungalow (fit a suburban), with the gate closing at midnight for security. Service was exceptional by all staff involved. Will be my go to the next time in the area. Muffins and oatmeal for breakfast every morning. Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate are available as well. Walking distance to many restaurants and convenience stores.”

“If you need to wash your sports shoes, look for Mexican laundries, most of them let you wash shoes. Just 1 problem, and because of that, I didn't want to give them 1 star review. The young lady, who works here, was mean in the beginning, she was speaking Spanish with me when I told her I don't speak Spanish, and she told me "and I don't speak English" 😬. She could understand me, but she didn't want to speak English. Anyway, I kindly asked her a few times if I could wash my shoes, and she pointed the washer. After she released how nice I was, even though she was mean, she helped me to choose the best option to wash my shoes. Thank you señorita!”

They have an updated karaoke you can manage through your phone (make sure to download the app) and points for having "Dawn don't go away by Frankie Valli and the four seasons." “They are simply the best! One morning I took my sweet cocker spaniel for a walk around Balboa Park where he was promptly attacked by a Pit Bull. The owner of the Pit Bull was very apologetic but that didn't help the fact that she couldn't control her dog who lunged at mine without cause. I rushed him to the nearest vet which was Encino Veterinary Center. They offered immediate attention and cared for my dog so lovingly that I knew I'd found a new vet home. Unfortunately, due to my dog's age and other complications, we had to put him down shortly thereafter. Losing a pet is heartbreaking. They are like your child and the loss was significant. I was truly comforted when a couple of weeks later I received a sympathy card from Encino Veterinary Center with thoughtful HANDWRITTEN messages from the staff. I was shocked and literally cried. When I buried my mother and paid an obscene amount I didn't receive a thoughtful message like this. I was absolutely touched that this company would go to such lengths. And to think with my dog gone, I am no longer a customer and yet they still showed such compassion. If I were ever to get another pet this would definitely be my "go to" veterinary. They're service is incomparable. Best pet clinic BY FAR.”
