Despite his busy schedule he always takes his time for his consults because he wants to understand the background and other factors that could be contributing to the health issues. Some of the other doctors rush and they just want to push you to get the procedure done or precribe the medicine but he is very conservative and wants to do the best for the patient. I did not have a timer to see how long it took for our food but for it to be so busy it did not feel like a long time at all. The shrimp & grits "morning meditation" were both superb!
