“It’s a really nice gym for sure but you get what you pay for and a nice gym is not cheap. The grading is definitely soft which doesn’t bother me but don’t go thinking you can go outside and do a v5 just cause you can do a v5 here and especially don’t expect to lead 5.10c because you led a 5.10c inside. I’d definitely categorize it as a feel good gym based on the grading but still a great place to train if you can afford it. I will say atmosphere is a bit off compared to smaller gyms I’ve been to but the real estate and amount of climbs I suppose makes up for it. Showers and sauna and full gym is cool too. A lot of gyms don’t have that but I’d gladly give it up to pay less. My usual gym is just climbing walls, a small weight room and a bathroom. I’m coming here to climb. I don’t need anything more than walls to climb. I don’t see how showers justifies a double in price from the closest gym but I digress.”

The owners, Jamie & Layne are a husband & wife duo that have transformed their Pasadena home garage into a beautiful, full-functioning gym. They've been a game changing alternative to public gyms for me, especially during covid, as I no longer have to deal with crowds, germs, and long wait times. Their equipment is new, clean, and it's clear from the moment you step foot in their space that they take great pride in offering a high-quality experience to their clients. During my workouts, Layne pushes me just enough so that I walk away feeling my best.
