“It’s a really nice gym for sure but you get what you pay for and a nice gym is not cheap. The grading is definitely soft which doesn’t bother me but don’t go thinking you can go outside and do a v5 just cause you can do a v5 here and especially don’t expect to lead 5.10c because you led a 5.10c inside. I’d definitely categorize it as a feel good gym based on the grading but still a great place to train if you can afford it. I will say atmosphere is a bit off compared to smaller gyms I’ve been to but the real estate and amount of climbs I suppose makes up for it. Showers and sauna and full gym is cool too. A lot of gyms don’t have that but I’d gladly give it up to pay less. My usual gym is just climbing walls, a small weight room and a bathroom. I’m coming here to climb. I don’t need anything more than walls to climb. I don’t see how showers justifies a double in price from the closest gym but I digress.”

“One of the few places on the LA county website that offers Covid testing on Sundays. Took just a few minutes on their website to schedule. Went in this morning with just a 5 minute wait. Chatted with the nice security guard as I waited outside, whom had oldies music playing from a little speaker. Went inside and everyone was super friendly and relaxed. The nurse offered to administer the test for me or I could swab it myself. She confirmed I was doing it right and was in and out in less than 10 mins. Extremely easy, pleasant and painless.”

“When starting services with Faith and Hope in Pasadena, I was an absolute skeptic. Their palliative program was helpful. However, When time came to transition my grandmother’s care onto hospice, it’s hard to put into words what a world of difference it was. Not that the staff or agency or quality in care was any different, but the amount and level of care provided, exceeded any level of health care at home that we’d ever received in the past. Simply put, I can’t imagine how my family nor I could’ve survived such an emotional experience without having their nurses by our side 24/7.
