“Due to COVID-19, all our classes are on line through Zoom. It is great, you can take classes wherever you are. All you need is a laptop, desktop, iPad or a phone. Our center offers many kinds of class, Tai Chi, Yoga, meditation, stretching and vibration class which also includes free form dancing. Our center staff, Master John who is the center manager and Panida who is the assistant center manager. They are great at teaching and they also make the classes enjoyable. And they are super nice!! Because of COVID-19, the center is trying to help by doing lots of promotions. So more people can try the classes!”
