When I met Dave at the shop he told me right away that they could do it. All he needed was a copy of my latest prescription. I got the sunglasses about a week later and the lenses were perfect! “Erin (designer) and Alfred (owner) of JB Kitchens, Baths, and Design remodeled our kitchen and dining room in 2022-2023. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result! Erin is very good with colors and materials, and our Omega cabinets, lighting fixtures, hardware, pantry, flooring, baseboards, and paint all turned out great. Erin’s philosophy is to design to endure for decades, not just the current fads, so we know our kitchen shouldn’t be outdated in just a few years. The icing on the cake has been support. When our kitchen sink backed up last week, they sent out plumbers over the weekend and on Monday (when their office is closed) to run a snake and hydro jet and solve the problem. This exceeded our expectations.”

To my surprise, they had some full isles of so many different Cultural foods that I was impressed. I feel we need markets like this to fill that niche for that miss homeland foods. “These guys sell one of my all time favorite shop stools: the durable swivel saddle stool. I've had my first one at my work for over 2 year and its held up amazing with the addition of some roller blade casters. The second one I ordered a few months ago had an issue with the base, and despite my misdiagnosis of the cylinder the first go round, they still helped me get a new one at no extra cost. A++ customer service, I LOVE doing business with these folks.”

“IMPORTANT DETAILS THE OPTICAL DEPARTMENT IS OWNED BY COSTCO AND THE DR'S (OPTOMETRIST) OFFICE IS INDEPENDENT. 2 ARE COMPLETELY SEPARATE. I've been in to see the Optical Dept a few times in the past month and yes everyone is right, it's crazy busy. There is a bit of a long wait but once my number was called THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I received was absolutely amazing and well worth the wait, especially because I know I'm saving hundreds comprared to a private docs office. These Opticians are knowledgeable and what's sad, is that they are working extremely hard and still get lashed out at like it's their fault, there are shortages everywhere people. Be patient and give them a chance if you want to save $$$”

“This is LONG..but worth the read. I walked into Pacific Sales for the very first time to pre-shop for a clients Hacienda project. I met Stephanie and WOW...I was very impressed! She knows all her products and the various features to ensure you're getting the best possible options. I returned a wk later with my client and their kids to shop for the entire homes spaces(10 different spaces for bath,kitchen hardware) She was an absolute professional and organized to the tee. I was so impressed! Okay...and here's the jaw dropper- she printed up room by room (colored images)design booklet of all of our choices!! Holy smokes...class act all the way! In My 19+ yrs of doing design..I've never had a single vendor even offer to do that! Needless to say, my clients were very impressed and moved forward with all the selections and approved the order. Unlike many other places - her amazing customer service did not stop there - after the order, she still answered my calls, builders calls for misc questions.
