“January 2022 - Overall the drinks are pretty solid here! Food/Pricing - The drinks are one size (for both hot and cold). You can adjust sweetness but I kept it at normal level. This time around we got the Hokkaido Coffee ($5.10), Black Sugar Milk Tea ($5), and Hokkaido Black Tea ($5.10, I believe it's called Hokkaido Milkstache). The coffee had a lighter coffee taste than expected but not bad. I loved the Black Sugar Milk Tea and Hokkaido Milkstache!! Service/Ambiance - The staff was friendly and they do stamp cards! Will I be back? Yes, gotta fill up my stamp card!”

“Never had any issues directly involving the store. Usually other people shopping or getting gas. People with bad attitudes taking it out on others or the employees. I've witnessed people steal sunglasses and car chargers off the rack next to the cashier and they don't seem to care... Sandwiches and items they make are all fresh and delicious. Not my favorite sandwich place but it is the closest to my house so..... Lol .... Just don't get sandwiches toasted... They will toast the heck out of it.”

“Great setup for social distancing -- you can scan qrc code on door and order online. If you decide to order inside, they have marked distance waiting points where you can scan stand there and order on your phone. Service was friendly and tea has been the best I've had in the SGV! Black tea was bodied, green tea was floral, and fruit teas have bits of real fruit! As someone who typically gets their drinks with minimal sweetness, the sweetness levels are on point!”

“The flavor is nice, the popcorn chicken would like to have some kind of sauce to go along with to minimize the saltiness but good none the less. The drink have a good ratio on sugar some place does too much, and the tea have a nice aroma. The decor is beautiful.
