“The room was spacious and very clean. Dated decor but very adequate. No microwave or adequate coffee supplies available in the room. Huge gap in the front door floor sealer. Bugs could get in!! Worst thing was the ice maker is broken in 100 degree weather? No clue as to when it will be fixed?”

“I got a single queen room. The room is spacious with a microwave, refrigerator, small table, and a tv with 5 channels. The restroom is nice and the place is comfortable. I spotted a few ants walking on the air conditioner, which I didn’t mind. The air conditioner blows cold air, I was very happy. It was 110$ for the night with a 20$ cash deposit.”

“I have lived here since 2009 and I own my home. I have never had an issue. The community is clean and always looks nice. I feel safe here and would have no problem walking in the community at night. Everyone seems to watch out for each other and their safety. A good place to live. There are people who will complain about the rules but that is what keeps it nice here. Its more like a subdivision than a trailer park. Sure, the lot rent goes up every year but so does property tax if you own a house. Everyone that visits me for the first time, is surprised how nice it is here and how it does not look like a normal trailer park. That makes me proud to live here.”
