“This CrossFit is really great. Monica is an awesome trainer! You can always count on her for personal attention to your workout. You literally get a personal trainer in a small group setting. Worth every penny of the membership fees. Anyone can do CrossFit when you are trained properly and taught how to modify where you need to. I'm 50 and was a beginner 7 months ago. I'm still going at it and my workouts are perfect every time. I recommend this particular gym. I've been to other CrossFits, this is better. I like the social aspect too. We work out and talk during sets and enjoy the experience. Everyone is super nice. You should give it a try!”
