“My mom loved the donuts I got her for her bday! Fresh & delicious (we ordered in the morning) also, we picked the mixed box version online & we don't get to pick the donuts so we were glad when we received a box with some good picks & variety & not just what doesn't sell (which has happened before at a different donut shop) Thumbs up”

“My favorite breakfast spot in all of pv! If you are near by you have to stop on in. The fresh baked goods are unbeatable and their breakfast menu is to die for.”

“Love this bakery! I go here all the time and the only downside is they are so good they run out of the good stuff quickly but then if you go early there is a line. So literally the only down side is they are too delicious, LOL. They have vegan options here, the vegan croissants cannot be beaten. Since everything is made in-house, you can let them know your allergies and they can give you recommendations. Also, they can make any of the egg scrambles with tofu! It's not on the menu, but just let them know. Their veggie egg scramble with tofu (no egg) is seriously delicious. I also love their coffee, their lattes are just yum! I highly recommend giving this place a try even if the line is out the door!”

“The friendliest little neighborhood doughnut shop. The owners are really nice, and they have sandwiches, drinks, and shakes as well. I went this morning and got a variety of doughnuts and it felt good to support a small local business.”

“Best donuts and best prices. Too bad they only accept cash but, I’m okay with that. Definitely recommended to others best donuts that make my day every day either in the morning or night.”

“Lox bagel! It was great. Maybe I beat the rush (or let is pass) since it was around noon on a Thursday, so the service was fast. Pretty good selection. I wanna remind people we aren’t in NY so we shouldn’t try to compare apples to oranges. For an LA bagel I’m very pleased. Will return!”

“Parking validated (enter on campus center drive). Good prices. Good portions. Variety. Casual. I felt like the baba ganoush didn't taste right; they gave me a different sauce instead. When we went, seemed there was a private event with live music on one side (good to know if that's an option).”

“It's a small shop, but the customer service is great! They treat you very well and it is noticeable that they care about their products as well as their customers. 100% recommend”

“I've been going hear from the late 1960's. They were across the street from Daniel's Field when I started to get my bread and pizza. I now live in Escondido, CA (San Diego County). I take the 2 hour trip from time to time just to get a taste of home. THANKS AGAIN TO JOSEPH'S FOR NOT CHANGING A THING. I LOVE YOUR BAKERY AND HOPE YOU'LL BE THERE FOR MANY MORE YEARS TO COME!”

“Hi everyone! I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I have always loved their tamales, their sweet breads, and their atoles. They are great. I have tried at other restaurants but the flavor are just not quite good. Come in and relax.....”

“I came here for the first time with my friend and so glad we found this place. The food was amazing, the prices were very reasonable, the restaurant was super clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend! I live in Las Vegas but will be back next month to Burbank, and will for sure come by again for another awesome dinner. Thanks so much!”

“I come to played cards almost everyday. I loved playing blackjack here. No collection and no busted. The dealers are nice and players were great. I also played paigow tiles. The area is spacious and big TV to watch sports. The reason I gave 4 stars because there was a casino host name Jessica. All she does is shoeshine players and argue with players. There is no needs of her on floor. We had floor persons already. I am going stopping coming here due to her. Toxic environment at tile section because of her.”

“So much fun!!! Not only did we have a great time bonding and learning how to use fondant (it’s like play dough you can eat!), but the cake is also incredibly moist and delicious!”

“Worked out great for ordering a vegan birthday cake, funfetti cake was delicious! Staff were helpful with changing the dates of pick up because we choose the wrong date online before realizing what happened. I look forward to my next order from Baked Vegan Sweets!”

“This popular worker-owned cooperative in Atwater Village knows how to make pastries. Their croissants get pretty good marks on my scoreboard: flaky outside, moist inside, with a nice buttery taste. A little bit on the light and soft side, but that's all I can nitpick. Other items I've tried are on point too, including za'atar croissant, ham and cheese croissant, savory scone, and canelé. That said, I got bored after a few weeks going to Proof. However nice the staff seems, the vibe of the bakery is that of a business, not of a neighbor. There is always one staff member behind the counter to prepare the order, and another person at the cashier for the payment. The streamline process inadvertently makes it harder to initiate a meaningful, personal interaction and makes the experience more transactional. At the end of the day, when the pastry is long gone, there is little left to remember.”

“Omgeeeee if you are looking for freshly blended juice, smoothies, or freshly made doughnuts... and Omgeeeee their turkey croissant sandwiches 🥪with everything... SIMPLY AMAZING... THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE... EMPLOYEES ARE AWESOME & PROFESSIONAL... and they even have a drive-thru!🙌🏿😁🙌🏿”

“The concept of the gas station paired with a donut shop is pretty ingenious. You can grab your coffee a quick donut for yourself or some for the office and fuel up all with one stop. They have multiple type of coffee drinks as well so you have many choices. Just wish they carried bran muffins LOL it seems like no one carries those anymore but oh well. The store is busy constantly but they move through the line pretty quick and is always clean.”

“Better than Krispey Kreme! By far the best donuts I have ever had. I dont know what they put in these things but they are phenomenal! They even let you try before you buy. This is a must visit spot in San Pedro. Please note they are cash only but they have a ATM within the store and they also have a drive through to order donuts. Go here now!”

“I have been craving pan dulce from this bakery and its been closed for like 3 weeks maybe more. What's going on? When will it open?”

“The owners are great. Always smiling always Pleasant. Their sandwiches and drinks are awesome too. I support local independent business owners. This is one of those places I truly like to give support to especially since it seems as though they're in a shopping center that is struggling”

“Came here for a late night snack, and it was so good! I ordered the carne asada tacos with salsa roja, and oh my gosh I was taken aback. The carne was so juicy and the flavors were colliding(in a good way) on my tongue. The price for one was only $2 too, so I’m glad it wasn’t overpriced. I wish I tried more things, but I live close by so I will 100% be back!!”

“Ordered Guatemalan tamales for Christmas Eve, and they were amazing!!! Top quality would highly recommend!”
Address: 119 N Yale Ave, Claremont, CA 91711, USA
“It is a nice bakery and sandwich store! Their pastries are quite delicious! I have been here, several times, and I was never disappointed. They also sell my favorite drink from childhood, Orangina! One drawback, not enough space to sit down and enjoy pastries or sandwiches. Also, the prices for those pastries do add up. So, I would only recommend to visit this establishment, when discretionary funds are available. Of course, I do not regret spending cash in this establishment. Since, those pastries were delicious!”
