“I came to this Ross to look for some shoes for my boys and their inventory was on the low side. I've been here a couple times in the past and it just seems to not be well stocked. Now in regards to covid-19 measures employees as well as customers must wear a mask at all times. They also keep count of how many people come in and out. When waiting in line there are markers on the floor to maintain proper distancing. Overall the place was not crowded at all.”

It's my third time here, and my thoughts haven't changed about this store. I love Express clothes, but this is the worst store I've ever been to. They have the worst customer service. Their employees are always moody and snappy. The mall closes in 15 minutes and they turned the lights off on me! They were lowering the gate of the store, and I wasn't the only person there. If you like moody cashiers and employees who don't even acknowledge you, well, this is it”

“I ordered our baby’s furniture set in 2021, consisting of convertible crib, nightstand, bookshelf, changing table, Moses basket, and various bedding add-ons. Like others, our furniture arrived way past the estimated time, long after the baby had been born. The company did go ahead and ship out the Moses basket for us though so we had that and he was staying in our room in that in the early days anyway. Yes it took a ridiculous amount of time and you should plan for that but I still highly recommend them. The quality of the furniture is unparalleled. The entire set is a thing of beauty - a weighty, solidly made heirloom piece. There is nothing that compares on the market for quality and nothing as completely non-toxic. They even use cold-pressed linseed oil - they thought of everything in regard to off-gassing and toxicity. Yes it’s expensive and yes you will have to wait. It’s worth it entirely though. If we have another child, I will order another set. I had a good customer service experience with Edward. Keep in mind that it’s a small company!”
