“Colleen grew up in the area and knows all about the pros and cons of certain neighborhoods and developments. She is an extremely honest and hard-working professional with excellent negotiation and contract skills. In my 40 years of buying and selling real estate, Colleen is the best realtor I have ever worked with and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Simply put, Colleen should be your go to realtor.”

“Picking up flowers and going on onebofbmy walks, I discovered this little quiet spot, where I don't know where I'll end up. Quiet, clean, and a beautiful view and pet friendly. It's a historical place with a story.”

“The work was to brick point, or fill in missing mortar. What I didn’t like most was that He Required a deposit to get on his schedule. He also Then took a long time to show up to do the work and was flaky until I posted a poor review. He took from May to October to even come out and we had to call him multiple times. However, his work looks good and he cleans his work site daily. He found several cracks to fill in our brick mortar and filled them. He takes his time and does quality work. He was easy to work with as far as talking to him, but he could have given a more realistic start date to manage our expectations of the completion date. I would recommend him, but warn that you need to get on his schedule early and follow up regularly.”

“My entire experience at the Trek San Rafael store was fantastic! Literally the entire team was helping me, one person working on my tires, another helping me with a kid bicycle trade in and new purchase (along with installing training wheels), while I was able to order a new eMTB. The staff answered all my questions, very patiently and offered me with great options for all my requests. I really felt treated with respect and professionalism. I will definitely go back there to purchase future bikes and related equipment.”

“KKMI 100% We were so impressed with KKMI...their professionalism, communication skills, accommodations and repairs were top notch. We had our 45’ Chris Craft Commander planned for a haul out in early October. When we arrived at their dock, they got us up and into their yard in no time. Our service advisor, Tim was spot on, clear and to the point. He explained why and how things were done and what could happen over time if not done correctly. The KKMI yard crew, Jessie and Brian, were very friendly and noticeably experienced while maneuvering our craft, which made us feel safe and comfortable during the process. Kate, our contract manager, was so helpful and quick to answer any and all questions we had. Our boat is our home so we have higher expectations and higher concerns...KKMI is a well oiled machine from top to bottom. Thank you again for such awesome work!!”

“Absolutely delicious! My girlfriend and I basically tried one of each, and let me tell you they were all amazing! I am not a gluten-free person and to be honest I was a little bit worried about trying this bakery as my past experience has led me to not trust anything gluten-free. BUT, I couldn’t even tell that they were gluten-free. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Grab a biscuit and a coffee and have a wonderful day.”

“To understand how bad the system is for injured workers, one must dig into the history of how worker's compensation laws are better than nothing but have fallen far short of what they could be. Decent worker's comp attorneys are like many public defenders: overwhelmed with cases wherein someone who might have been seriously wronged, through little or no fault of their own, is not getting the fair treatment they supposedly are entitled to receive. I've seen several situations where Attorney Robert "Rob" Wyman gets all that, and does the best he can to make sure laws are followed. Unless people vote for sweeping legislative improvements to the worker's comp system, injured workers will need attorneys like Rob Wyman to counsel, guide, and represent them through the system. Example: To save money some injured workers try to handle their own cases, because their adjuster at first seems fair. ...Don't count on any employer's "claim adjuster" or "claims analyst" to treat you fairly over time: overall, their job is to cut costs and push you out of their cue or system whether you are better or not. And, their employer can do other tricks, like removing the doctor THEY earlier recommended you see, and you had never met before, from their annual "approved medical provider's list". >>>>> What? Oh, I get it, that doctor developed a history of finding out that, and clearly showing that, most injured workers were really injured (like they said they were). So that doctor's recommendations were too expen$ive to follow, and now that doctor is "not approved"? And that becomes your problem because you have to start care all over again with a doctor who is being underpaid to to quickly review your injury (and has many other clients too) and make medical decisions with less experience reviewing your injuries than your original doctor, and financial or other pressure to say you're NOT injured that bad so that way the doctor can "stay on the list" of pre-approved medical providers... Employers / insurers are allowed to do stuff like that and it happens. BEFORE it happens to you, contact Rob Wyman or his firm.”
