I started coming here recently as a total nervous beginner, and was immediately embraced. You seriously could not ask for a friendlier, more welcoming environment. Each small progression you make is incredibly valuable, and while it's definitely a challenge, it is very mentally and physically invigorating. Q is an excellent instructor, and every student here is awesome. I urge everyone to at least give Brazilian jiu-jitsu a shot, and if you're in the area, there's no better place to do so than here!

High level instruction at a more than fair price! Q is a excellent teacher and mentor to all his students. Class everyday of the week but sunday, tons of training partners of varying weights and skill levels.
