FYI, this breed is NOT just a larger Mini Schnauzer. The Standard Schnauzer comes from different ancestors and is considered an entirely different breed from the Mini Schnauzer. The Standard Schnauzer is a working dog. The Mini Schnauzer is a terrier.”

“Friendly staff. Woman owned park! It’s a small community and everyone is very friendly. Of all parks I’ve stayed at, I super loved the feeling of community here. The wash room is fast and convenient. Location is amazing. Great ocean breeze. A little ‘old school’ with the keys and garage doors openers, and hand written correspondence, but I actually appreciated all of these touches after a few days there. You really feel like family or a community here. I’d give them 10 stars if I could. ❤️Manager is named Nancy or Linda, I believe. She was such a sweetheart! ❤️❤️ The owner is a very direct and friendly woman — and that is very much appreciated! Love this place!”

“I like this place clean room comfortable bed the location is exceptional so close to the beach restaurants bars and entertainment we go to triangle square and some of those places and have fun you don’t wanna make the drive from what you’re paying it’s all worth it the management family was nice to us 👍 I don’t used the pool I just rest it’s not a resort , Good deal ! “My husband and I stayed with an apartment managed by Stripes Living earlier. We came back for the second time as we do like the service, the apartment, and the location. Our second stay went super well as expected. The apartment is well kept and stocked up as advertised. The hosting service is always friendly and prompt. The location couldn't be better: safe, loads of good F&B, and clean. We will definitely use the service again next time we come visit Irvine!”

“We came for one month and stayed four. Didn’t want to leave! Actually a bit reluctant to post this review because we Love this place and want to be able to come back! Scott is a wonderful kind man and the units are full of character and charm. It’s a great plus having the beautiful semi wild park and bluffs right next door, and the beach is about a 6 or 7 minute drive away. Trader Joe’s about four minutes away. They have bikes and electric bikes for use and nice patios with pretty much every unit. Terrific!”

“This place is just great. Close to breweries, wineries, restaurants, supermarkets you name it. The house is equiped with all the basic stuff you need to enjoy a private vacation. Its very clean all over as well. We were 9 people and the person in charge made arrangements for an additional air mattress so that was unexpected. The neighborhood is safe so you can enjoy a cup of coffee, beer, wine by the 2nd floor balcony or the outsite patio. We are planning our next visit and this is the place to go!”

“Love your hotel. This was our first visit there. We did have one small problem and it may have been my fault. We booked 2 rooms and stayed for two nights and no one came to make up the rooms and leave clean towels/coffee etc. We called for towels and they were delivered quickly. Should we have requested this? I don’t usually have to request it. Your front desk staff were delightful and the restaurant staff were very accommodating. You have some good people working there and it shows.”

“Sam was very helpful and accommodating. We felt very comfortable in the king room. If I could buy the exact same bed, I would. Its a great location. The room was clean and we felt safe in the area. Our neighbors were loud and kinda scary, but they handle that for you sincerely. We don't live in the area but if ever here, we would definitely stay here again. ♡”

“Staff is wonderful. I stay here pretty often... Mostly for 3-5 days at a time. All the staff is great. I just wish they weren't so crazy on visitors that come to see me. Other than that great staff... Rooms are clean the housekeeping lady does a great job here. Rooms are a little pricey though for what you get.. I find I spend just as much here a night that I do a higher end hotel like the doubletree... And the amenities and overall appearance of double tree is 3 times as nice as this place. Fortunately the staff makes up for the lack of amenities.”

“Room was nice but smelled like cigarettes when we got there. We let the office attendant know because we didnt want to get charged and he just brushed if off like it's normal. We also were on the first floor and could here the people above us stomping around. Other than those thing everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.”

“My son and I stayed in Costa Mesa for two weeks in June of 2018. I called all of the hotels around the area where we would be doing our activities. Cozy Inn gave me a fantastic rate for a two week stay. The location is perfect. Minutes away from Newport beach and centrally located in an area with so much to do. Everything including Disneyland is no more than a 20 minute drive. The owners were fantastic and accommodating. They gave us great recommendations on places to eat and fun things to do in our down time. The rooms were clean and spacious. All the essentials were covered. Best budget hotel in the city without a doubt. No washing machines on the premises so if you are staying for a while than you'll need to visit the laundry mat down the street. Pool was clean and outside maintenance was done daily. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable and I will be staying at the Cozy Inn again soon!”
