“I recently helped my best friend buy a used Kia Optima w/ex performance package. We drove from North County Escondido where we had a bad experience w/sales manager. We booked our appointment with Ron who was very friendly and helpful. We test drove the car and Olivia loved it! Management tried to sell us unneeded extended warranty even though the 2019 model had less than 25k mileage @ $5k and a added package for $4500 which we declined. Olivia paid cash and I saved her $10k on her purchase. She was thrilled. Ron had our backs the entire time so it made our purchase seamless!
