I was in desperate need after waiting too long and letting my hair get dull and brassy. Anh gave me honest suggestions and upfront pricing and allowed me to make my own decision as to what I wanted to get. I opted for a full balayage and trim. She KILLED it! “When I had a non warrantied problem with my Mosquito vacuum cleaner I called Mosquito to find out how to get my vacuum cleaner fixed. The tech that answered the phone immediately started trouble shooting my vacuum cleaner, I was not put on hold I was not told to call another number but rather I got immediate service. Though the problem with my vacuum cleaner was not under warranty Mosquito replaced my vacuum motor, my dome filter, and my electrical harness absolutely free! In a world where speaking to a human being rather than a computer can be a challenge, dealing with Mosquito was extremely easy and refreshing. I would recommend Mosquito products to anybody. “If this is a yelp review on the apartment maintenance manager, Troy, he is top notch, he knows his trade. Having been an apartment manager and performed most of the easier maintenance problems, I know from experience how stressful this job can be. Being mostly disabled, it's hard for me to get in and out of the shower. Troy removed and replaced my towel bar with a very strong "grab" towel bar and secured it closer to the shower and fastened it properly for strength. Now I feel secure. He also put up a small towel rack closer to my bathroom sink which had no rack. Within a day or two of an issue, he's already taken care of it. He's eliminated the gnat problem we had by installing long fly tape by the garbage bins. I live ten feet from a garbage drop and haven't seen a gnat in two months. Yeah! Other issues I've had, he's taken care of quickly. He keeps the apartment complex as clean as can be. Having grown up in construction, I see two issues that need to be handled very soon by upper management and owners, please. Firstly, the parking lot after one comes in the gate desperately needs to be resurfaced. It's nothing but sand and gravel. Secondly, the third floor during the summer in the north building has a large vent fan that needs to be removed and replaced. It makes tremendous noises and not very efficient. The third floor gets ten degrees hotter than the first floor. A SOLUTION would be to take out the third floor windows and replace them with windows that could be opened, maybe by a switch. This flow through ventilation would really cool the third floor down to make it bearable upstairs. This has been and is a nice place to live. Thank you.”

“Look if you want a licensed/trained massage therapist, this may not be the place for you (last review). I went in knowing full well I would be getting an Asian style massage. What I didn't know is how well of a massage the girl would give me. Yes they walk on your back but dang that girl did one heck of a job with her feet! And yes she used her hands too. The girl at the counter was also very sweet. Pricing was good too compared to other massages in HB ($55/hr). I most definitely will be back.”
