“If it HAD customer service to speak of, it would be one of the great guitar stores in SoCal but alas staff and management are indifferent as to your presence. Awesome acoustic selection though. From VERY high end to boutique to working class Taylor and Martin, Guild and Gibson. But also offer well made economy minded guitars that sound great but won't take your first born as down payment. Very good electric department as well.”

“I live in an old house with eighty year old wiring, at least that's what Will thinks. I had numerous electricians attempt to resolve the fact that running more than one appliance at a time would shut the system down. It cost me a small fortune, and not one electrician could come up with a solution. Will, who is always busy and with very good reason was beyond intrepid, (crawled around under the house, no doubt covered in spiders), and would not allow the solution to the problem to evade him. He spent several hours going back and forth and fiddling around until he 100% solved the problem. Solved it. I spent three years enduring the inconvenience of my old falling apart house, three years paying money to people who could not resolve my issue. Paying Will $ 650.00 was some of the very best money I have ever spent.”
