“Stopped by Pho GA Hai Van for dinner last night as we were craving something warm for the cold weather. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We all ordered the chicken pho. My sister ordered it with glass noodle and I ordered it with the traditional rice noodle. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the soup was delicious; it was light and clean. The onion and cilantro added to the broth elevated the flavor to the next level. The steamed chicken was served on the side. We added the chili peppers to the dipping sauce and it was AMAZING! Will definitely be coming back very soon.”

Not saying that the service was horrible, just not great or personable. Kudos goes to those who work in the kitchen, though. They are the real stars and, so, that earns them 5 stars for this review.”

“If you are looking for Bun Bo Hue or Vietnamese dishes from the middle part of Vietnam this is the spot. We ordered the Bun Bo Hue, which is a noodle soup that is tiny bit spicy with beef, pork, and fish. The appetizer sampler platter is good. The Vietnamese coffee here is on point. This place gets pack quick. It opened at 9am, we came at 9:02 and the place was full after we ordered. Apparently, there is a long queue to the place so come early.”
