“The room was pretty good and had everything needed for a good hotel room and all devices were working well. The air conditioner was good and the refrigerator in the room is a bigger one, not the really small mini fridge. We got the king size bed with our room which also had this mini couch seat and coffee table the lighting was good in the room and the TV also had a few channels. Everything was cleaned and sanitized and the room also has a microwave. Towels were also clean and three location is quiet overnight. We parked directly next to our hotel room. The parking is free. Free wifi included with the room. Also, the manager is friendly and there is no room deposit required for the reservation, I'm not sure if that's because I paid with a bank card for my reservation.”

“We really couldn’t have asked for anything more. The service was second to none. Breakfast every morning was delicious and prepared fresh. From the moment we arrived until check out we felt special and at home. The entire place is charming, quiet, serene, and kept beautifully. My wife and I were walking around looking at other hotels in the area where we might consider staying for our next trip to Laguna, but quickly agreed there was no reason to stay anywhere else. “Great Park. Have been RVing here since 2016. Security is a bit over the top, but there have been issues and hopefully things will get in the main stream with other Navy Parks. New Manager, Romeo, is doing a great job and helped me when I arrived on a Friday night. Some paperwork hadn't been completed on my married daughter but we all worked it out. Still a great place to stay and will continue parking here. Beautiful place.”

“Home is what u make of it. It’s a great lil community everyone knows everyone u got ur occasional chismoso but other then that it’s a quite place. The pools r clean. The dumpster area isn’t a dam mess like in most apartment or housing community areas. They should in my opinion get a security to make some rounds at night due to the area it’s in it can b scary walking home at night. No weirdos there on perimeter but they do tend to drift.”

“Yes our manager is pretty strict but it's all for our good. The park is very safe. If residents themselves don't follow the rules by keeping their house tidy and kept up, and adults and kids respectful of others they will definitely get a warning or worse. Thats why the park is a place if rest and you feel safe taking a walk in the afternoon or morning. If issues arise the manager is very willing to work with you. She and her supervisor helped with directing me to the right resources I needed to get some things straightened out for my home. I am forever grateful for them. Overall if your willing to respect the rules you can live a very peaceful life here. Love my park.”

“Absolutely stunning hotel! The staff were so friendly, the workout room was clean and had lots of options! The rooms were large, well-maintained, and quiet! Just be aware, for the beds, they use a spring mattress so it's SUPER bouncy. The air conditioning unit is pretty quiet. Also, breakfast is included and they were a little slow getting food out and ready for guests, but there is a lovely outdoor area to eat and relax! We'll definitely use this location again!”
