Not only did they fix the problem, they upgraded the parts to the latest specs before being discontinued - and they charged me nothing. Since then, I've purchased three other PL components. Like others, I've also had tours of the plant, met the very nice people who work there, and have developed a friendship with one of the key partners. Oh, and their equipment is top notch!”
