Top Parks in Tahoe vista, Placer county, California, United states

North Tahoe Regional Park

Address: 6600 Donner Rd, Tahoe Vista, CA 96148, USA

Park

“This is a nice little park in the North Tahoe area. I’ve been here a few times and only in the snow. It’s $5 to park and bring your own gear. I took my daughter and her friends up to play and get some sledding in and I did a little snowshoeing to test out the new bindings (ok so I took a few runs down the hill too). The bathrooms were clean and there was soap in the dispenser.”

Brockway Summit Tahoe Rim Trail Trailhead

Address: Tahoe Rim Trail, Tahoe Vista, CA 96148, USA

Park

“Took this trail to Picnic Rock. 1 1/2 miles one way. There is a fork 1 1/4 miles in. Turn left to go to Picnic Rick, straight for Griff trail. A sign is there to point the way. It is an easy path, but does ascend continuously the entire way. Nothing technical, but unless you hike at altitude regularly, it will give you a mild cardio workout. View is worth the effort. Stopping numerous times to take pics, it took about 50 minutes to the top.”

Sled Hill

Address: 875 National Ave, Tahoe Vista, CA 96148, USA

Park

“This is a great place to bring the family, especially during this social distancing time. There is so much space to spread out and about. There is no where you can't have fun.”
