We had to demolish it completely in order to fix everything and do it right, the way it should be! Since I am living in an apartment and there people beneath mine. It was important to do it right from the first time. Chad Twardus offered me the best project and bathroom remodeler. I was checking the possibilities out there in the market of such contractor but this one was very friendly and helpful on the phone that gave me the impression, they will be the guys. The completion of the bathroom remodeling was in the time frame they gave me on the first place, there were no hidden fees - everything was black on white! I loved the service!”

“Perfect place to walk and enjoy outdoor activities. Have to share the paths though cuz there are bikers and runners alongside you as you're walking. Early morning and evening walkers may get the added treat of seeing wildlife such as deer, beaver and sometimes even a river otter. January 2023 had massive flooding along the stream.”

The room was so clean, check in process was easy, had everything a hotel room would have with the bonus of a full kitchen. Seems like a lot of these negative reviews are from people thinking they were booking the ritz-Carlton or something. It’s a MOTEL. And it’s INEXPENSIVE. Were you expecting a personal butler and 5 star amenities??? I mean do your research ppl. Overall the location is amazing right across the street from a great restaurant on the water and a beach. And it met all our basic needs for the weekend. I would come back. Of note, I loved the old school, small business feel of it! I’d rather give my money to an independent hardworking person than a greedy hotel chain.”
