“I highly recommend My Focus Taekwondo. My girls wanted to try martial arts and did not know where to start. A friend of ours invited us to family and friends day to try it out, and they had so much fun. My girls look forward to class every day and the staff is so friendly. I have seen a huge improvement in their manners and staying focused in school. They help out more around the house and completing chores. “I’m so impressed with this building and their staff. I’ve always had a fear of hospitals & nursing homes but this place has a nice homey feel & it makes our visits pleasant. The nurses are all so passionate and careful when caring for our family member and answered all our questions and concerns about doctor visits and appointments. The dementia care activities are also really great and look like so much fun. I would definitely recommend this facility for other people to bring their loved ones!”
