Excellent transportation service of a non-medical nature. They are always on time for both directions (pick-up and drop-off). The driver (Nicole) is professional, compassionate, and gives help where needed. I am so pleased I used them to transport my family member to a local clinic. They are equipped to handle patients with with wheel chair needs, which is a must for me. Their pricing is more than reasonable. Thanks guys for a good experience.

One can measure the true value of service when a company responds positively to an unpredictable request. As for the expected service, these folks were perfectly available, perfectly responsible, perfectly competent, wonderfully punctual and friendly. But when we had to request an immediate change in availability and unscheduled service, they came through with flying colors. They did not stubbornly stick to the original plan, but bent over backwards to meet our needs. Which they did ... perfectly. They earn the loyalty of their clients with incomparable service. We are most grateful.

We needed to call a “non-emergency” transport on 8/6 for my mom. I was out of town and had no idea who to reach out to. I was reluctant but had to do something. Oasis was the one who answered immediately. The person on the phone explained everything in a professional, clear and concise fashion. The service provided to my mom was stellar. My mom was so pleased and felt very comfortable with the driver. She gives Oasis two thumbs up!
