She literally has my sandwich memorized. (Only a person who cares about her customers would do something like that) The rest of crew is really good too, but she stands out from the rest. It is a pleasure to go and get a sandwich.”

“I've been coming here for several years, never had any complaints about service. Recently, however, I needed an oil change and I went in when they first opened. I was quoted an hour, but the final times ended up being close to two. Not only were they apologetic about the time, but they did not charge me, saying "you've been coming here for awhile, and it was just an oil change. Sorry about the wait." It was wholly unexpected, but very much appreciated. Their dependable service had already been bringing me back, but this won my loyalty.”

“I love this place!! I started researching cars several months ago online to buy the family a new vehicle. The CarMax app was by far the easiest to use and had the best features. The comparison feature was really helpful. I love that they take pictures from the same position of each car so that it's easy to compare different types of vehicles. I got an alert on my phone about a van available that fit my search criteria and knew right away it was the one I had been waiting for. They had it transferred from another store at no charge and called me a few days later when it came in. Ruben, my sales rep, kept me updated the whole time and was so flexible with my schedule. The biggest difference was when we got there and the whole place seemed relaxed and friendly. Ruben was so helpful and wanted me to see all the features of the car. He never made us feel rushed, obligated, or pressured. They have a children's area and gave both kids coloring books! Karen helped us with the financial part and made it such an easy painless part of buying. They are so organized and coordinated with the whole process. I have purchased many cars and this was the best experience I've had.”

“I found myself in need of a plumber & a friend highly recommended the guy she used, "Danny" at All Valley Rooter & Plumbing. So I called & minutes after leaving a message Danny returned my call & was at my house in less than an hour! He & his co-worker Steven were super friendly & very knowledgeable. They located a slab leak, explained what needed to be done & how they planned on doing the job without going through the concrete! Then, without any pressure, Danny gave me time to think about it & said to just give him a call if I decided to have them fix this leak. I felt confident they were the right guys for the job so by the next morning they showed up & had this leak fixed in under 3 hrs! I was really impressed on how quickly & efficiently they worked! Later that night my neighbor, a Do-it-yourselfer who had fixed his own slab leak, came by to check out their work. Seeing the high tech method they used, he was completely impressed, too. I'm so happy I was given this referral! These guys really know their stuff!”
