“This review focus more on Baseball fields. Patricia Birdsall Sports Park is dream park for kids playing baseball. 5 wonderful fields nicely maintained with all facilities available. Entire park is greatly organized, very symmetrically build. With restrooms around the corner, very good stocked canteen with lot of choices, from snacks to complete lunch. Food store do close at 6pm, so better hurry up and stock it up. Restrooms are cleanly maintained, trash cans around the park, great work done by park staffs. Parking is plenty around the park. Just park and walk to the center, fields are marked 1 through 4. Also the fields around used for soccer, football and other sports. Also there are is a play area for small kids. One small request to the park is to trim the grass shorter in the outfield. This place is great for kids and for the parents”

“Awesome neighborhood park with plenty of options. I come here to take my dog off leash on the creek bed North of the park. However in the park they have a strict leash on at all times rule. Park offers two sand volleyball courts(arrive early on weekends to secure a spot), tennis courts, full soccer field, full basketball court, playground, bathrooms, and six covered picnic tables. Usually quiet during the day.”

“Great open park with plenty of parking. Two separate sides to enter from. Meadows parkway has the basketball, bathroom, and playground. The La Serena side has the baseball diamonds and bathrooms with plenty of parking as well. There is a large grass field (6 different kinds of grass and weeds, but it looks good). Currently the field is under renovation (probably getting ready for baseball). The park is not lit at night, but the parking lot has lamps.”

THERE ARE SECTIONS OF "RENT CONTROL" SPOTS, WHICH IS GOOD IF U R FAMILIAR WITH THAT PROGRAM. AND THAT TELLS ME THE COMPANY &/OR OWNERS ARE VERY SOLVENT, & THAT INFERS RELIABILITY, AS WELL AS CIVIC MINDEDNESS. A BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR POOL, JACUZZI/SMALLER HOT TUBS, SHOWERS, CLUB HOUSE WITH OFFICE, ETC. IS AWAITING YOU. VERY NICE, CLEAN LAUNDRIES, & ONE MAY ACTUALLY *RESERVE A DAY & TIME TO USE THEM! ISN'T THAT THE MOST! THERE ARE VERY LARGE CLOTHES LINES FOR USE, IF DESIRED. (THE REST ROOMS R ONLY A FEW SECONDS AWAY FROM THE LAUNDRY ROOM ALSO). JUST AFTER THE SUN SETS, YOU CAN HEAR THE CRICKETS COMING UP FROM THEIR LITTLE TUNNELS TO PLAY YOU THEIR TEMPERATURE SONGS! YEP, IT'S THAT PEACEFUL & QUIET HERE. QUITE OFTEN, IF YOU CHECK REGULARLY WITH TERI THE MGR., (OR MAYBE LEAVE HER A NAME & NUMBER, ONE CAN FIND A GREAT DEAL ON A NICE HOME IN THIS PARK, OR A SISTER PARK, RIGHT NEXT DOOR. (YES! THIS COUPLE IS SOOOO GOOD AT THEIR CAREERS, THAT THEY ACTUALLY MANAGE A HUGE SECOND (SISTER) PARK ONLY A COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY!) JUST IMAGINE LIVING IN ONE OF THEM. PROBLEMS? A THING OF THE PAST IN THESE VERY NICE PARKS, UNDER THIS WONDERFUL MANAGEMENT COUPLE. I SHOULD CONFESS, I'VE HAD SEVERAL FRIENDS & ACQUAINTANCES WHO HAVE & STILL DO RESIDE IN THESE PARKS. SO I DO VISIT THERE REGULARLY. I'VE NEVER HEARD A SORRY WORD SPOKE ABOUT EITHER OF THEM. THANK YOU.
