I was new to the shop and they took care of me like I’ve been there before they didn’t take advantage of me being a new customer to them or that I’m a woman. Super happy with the repairs made Alvarez even explained to me what the problem was and that made me more comfortable to have chosen his shop. His employees are very nice and they are clean when they work they didn’t dirty my car at all. Oh and they were working on my BMW 328i just to let you guys know it wasn’t no little Honda Civic. Alvarez also told me the other things I should keep in mind that needed some attention to prevent future problems. By far the best!”
