“So we went here yesterday to see about a crib for our grand baby. We stood in the baby dept for a long time looking at the cribs trying to move boxes, look up which crib was which because the 1 crib that was set up did not have the same uoc as the boxed cribs.i had to stand there and call the store to get help. The first guy that came to help really was not helpful. My hubby called me from the other isle as he explained what they couldn't do or didn't have and then he just walked away before I got there. Then a second guy was putting away clothes and tried to help and couldn't so I asked him if he could get a manager for us. The manager PETER was AMAZING!! SUPER HELPFUL, GAVE US A DISCOUNT, RAN BACK AND FORTH UPSTAIRS TO CHECK ON CRIBS AND PRICES AND TO TALK TO HIS MANAGER TO GET US A DEAL FOR WAITING SO LONG. He came back and gave us colors, styles, prices, everything. He was beyond helpful, polite, super friendly and very accommodating! Thank you Peter for everything, we will not forget you!! You deserve a promotion and a raise because you are the epitome of the ideal lead/ supervisor for ANY corporation! We wish you the best! Kiana is new there but she was very sweet and professional, she smiled, joked, and I think she will go far. Very sweet girl! Beatrice, very very nice, Profesional, held conversation, helped us out a lot at the register, she was, the trio was actually VERY MEMORABLE and made us feel very comfortable!
