He welcomed us to try them out and to take our time. We proceeded on trying out all of them and more. When we were done Jon came back and helped us with all of our questions. “The store is fairly large, and it's packed floor to ceiling with merchandise. There is a wide variety of products, and lots of little gems here and there, but nothing anyone would call magnificent. Basically, it's exactly what you would expect. I was appreciative that there was a restroom, although it smelled slightly like the dairy farm that this shopping center was built on. Apparently the lines at checkout can be long, but it was fine for me. The parking lot is an absolute disaster, although there is accessible parking nearby.”

“WoW! I had a great time shopping in this store yesterday!! It was especially amazing to see so much really cool and unique furniture! Most of it was from BroyHill furniture, which is now owned by the Big Lots corporation. The prices on most of their merchandise was competitive with the other big stores and they have great layaway plans. They also had treats from other countries, animal food, Electronic equipment, cleaning supplies, canned and boxed foods, (mostly name brands), Halloween candy, cosmetics, candles, soaps, appliances, (they used to be reconditioned), Hair products, Drinks you name it! If you take about $150.00 you will walk out with a basket full of stuff!”

“Great resale location. The staff is friendly and the prices are always better than the other resale stores around like Savers or Goodwill. You can tell the store is more direct straight from the donations it receives on site as opposed to some centralized distributor, so lots of unfiltered great finds pop up, always new stuff. I also loved that I learned it's a 100% nonprofit benefiting Inland Empire children and adults with disabilities from housing to medical care. The other stores actually operate for profit and just donate a portion of proceeds – not here.”

“First off, let me state this review is long overdue. I came to this store on Christmas eve 2021. My Wife is a talented cook and I wanted to get her the very best which she deserves. I walked inside and was blown away. The store was beautifully laid out with all these different types of pots, pans, utensils, cups, etc. All the colors hit you like a ton of bricks. The organization is breathtaking. The other employees and customers seemed happy. Its definitely an upbeat atmosphere. I am a big watch guy and my best explanation would be walking into a Rolex (rolex is the best) store; with all the models laid out. I didn't know where to begin but I knew I wanted to get my love a nice set. A sweet man named Steve walked up to me and asked if I needed any help. I explained my situation and started to choose various items. With every item I chose, Steve would open the box to dust off the item and reinforce the product in the box. He did this with careful precision and class. The word panache was created for this man. He walked with me and helped me choose different items for about 90 minutes. I blew an obscene amount of money but got a great discount since I was at an outlet. It was raining hard this day and I am handicapped. There was 9 canvas bags of high end cookware equipment. I asked Steve if he could help me and let him know I was parked on the other side far away. He explained that the back door would lead me to my car and he would personally help me load my vehicle. You just don't get this type of 1950s customer service anymore. To top it off I received my customer service from a man who should teach it for a living. This was one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I have since gone back and took my Wife to get her a few more things. Luckily Steve was there and helped us again. Come and visit this store, you will not be disappointed.”

When the type of umbrella I wanted did not come in the size needed, Rachael provided a recommendation of another manufacturer that was perfect for my needs. She also provided updates for my order, as it needed to be manufactured specifically for my order due to its color. The umbrella shipped and was delivered as estimated by Rachael. Since our pool was still under construction, we did not open up the package until months later. We noticed the umbrella cover we ordered was never delivered.
