We had hopes of buying a house ONE day and reached out to Lacy just to get an idea if we could make it happen within the next few years. We've always rented, did not have a clue where to start or how to negotiate. Lacy made the entire process really stress less and worked with our busy schedule working full time jobs with 2 kids in sports. She helped us get in contact with the finance company, was always available to answer our questions. She's a wealth of knowledge, personable, funny and friendly. She really made us feel like she had our best interest at heart. There were moments we would freak out a bit which I'm sure is natural purchasing a home but Lacy was quick to provide updates, advice and just hear us out when we needed it. Being new to the area we also didn't know anyone in the area in regards to home inspector, home insurance etc and she has all the connections.
