Jason was very attentive to our project and scheduled each phase of our project as quickly as possible. Several times I was about to call him to see how things were moving along, and he texted me first. I have worked with several contractors over the years, and 3D Builders were the best I have worked with. They know what a punch list means to a customer, and they stick with the project until all of the items are completed. They expected payment as each phase of our construction was completed, but they completed each phase before they asked for payment. I was very pleased with my experience, and consider 3D builders to be new friends.”

“After moving to the Sacramento area a few years ago, I was struggling with making a commitment in finding a family dentist. It was a big decision for me and I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. This may sound silly to some, but being in the field , I know that they are not all created equal. I have known of Dr. Ackerman’s reputation and have spoken with many of his patients over the years who have nothing but good things to say. I am so pleased with my choice! I was seen in their office today and it went so smoothly. Everyone was super sweet from the scheduling coordinator to the hygienist. Let me just tell you, the staff is just as important as the doctor! Dr. Ackerman sat down with me and walked me through all of my x-rays and previous treatments that had been completed. He didn’t make me feel bad for not having an exam in a couple of years. He was able to touch up a rough spot on one of my molars and sent me away as a proud member of the cavity free club (got lucky this time). I have scheduled appointments for my entire family and although there is a bit of a wait to get in (a couple of weeks), trust me it is worth it!”

“My 6th grader and 3rd grader have both attended CMP since kindergarten. We love our school, the teachers and community. Montessori focuses on whole child development. Just one example: last year the school brought on a full time counselor to help the kids with regular lessons on things like communication, mindfulness, recognizing and dealing with difficult emotions, etc. The ability to access a Montessori education through a charter school (tuition-free) has been a huge opportunity. There are some highly involved parents that make a huge difference, along with an incredibly dedicated staff of teachers and office support. If you are thinking of enrolling your student, please know that the enrichment programs depend on parental involvement (logistically - it’s not enforced by the school but you should be prepared to participate if you want the enrichment programs to survive). The Montessori method requires a family commitment to your student’s education and the school community to succeed, but for students that thrive on a love of learning and the freedom to excel at their own pace, CMP Carmichael is an amazing school!”
