Heritage Oak Glen Mobile Home Park#

Today (7-14-'19) was my 1st stop in here with family friend for a church friend's birthday event in the clubhouse. I was impressed with how well the park, trailers, lots, streets, club house, and pool are kept up. Very inviting.

I live here. I'm happy with my home's location, next to a seasonal spring. The ducks come by, some times as many as 25 to 30. My biggest complaint is the space rent goes up about 50.00 a month,.every year. I've been here 6 years and did not plan on this type of increase.

I live here, 55+(senior) it's very quiet and lots of heritage oaktrees.the ducks you can feed by hand & some squirrels
We also have a resident peregrine falcon (who likes to eat the squirrels) And a great white egret "likes to eat the mosquito fish"

By far the best mobile home park in area, close to shopping, doctors offices, sunrise mall, old town folsom is just 15 minutes drive away. Its a safe senior park filled with wonderful residents. Its an epic place to work and live.
