“Real good place to buy flooring. Really good experience. Prices are relatively good compared to the other suppliers I've been to. Friendly service. Good selection of carpet and padding. But also laminate and vinyl plank flooring. The only issue is not them, it's the access to get there. It can be a tight squeeze since there's other business' there and it can get packed. But overall good experience and prices.”

“I called Palma Construction for a kitchen remodel estimate. Felipe arrived on time for the estimate appointment. We explained what we were looking for and he showed us different options for cabinets and flooring. After a long process and of looking over different options, we agreed to proceed with the remodel. We signed the contract and the following day the remodel began. Felipe and his team were quick to remove all the old cabinets and flooring. While they were there, we also added the lighting and removal of the popcorn ceiling in the dining room. They arrived daily in time and were always ready to keep moving the project forward. Felipe and his team promised to have the kitchen ready for us to use for the Christmas holiday. At the end of the week, the kitchen was ready for us to use. We understand there were details that still needed to be done and they would return but the kitchen was definitely the main topic of conversation at our Christmas dinner. We also agreed to do the flooring in the living room and hallways. After the holidays, they were back ready to continue the flooring and finish the small details in the kitchen. Another 3 days and our project was complete. The floors were looking great, walls painted and total kitchen remodel! Felipe and the Palma Construction team were great! They were quick but still paid attention to detail. I Highly recommend them for any project needs. I will definitely be calling them back for future projects. Thank you again Palma Construction!”

Picked up the phone, asked a few questions, gave me some education on the window type and a few repair options with varying degrees of price. Great customer service, I particularly liked the education and options as usually most shops just take your money and throw the repair on without any other communication.
