“The gym is small but it has a lot of exercise equipment. The people there are friendly and are very helpful! They offer different classes there. I haven't been able to attend any of the classes yet due the adverse weather we been having in addition that I have taken a fall and injured myself. I like that the location is very convenient for me.”

“Has a wonderful group of staff members and amentities ! Once you walk in you enter into a room where you can purchase several different products running from face products to body treatments. As you walk through they have locker rooms for both the men’s and women’s and complementary lockers to hold your stuff when you use the amentities like the jacuzzi and steam room. After you’re done with the locker room you can use the gym with newly installed equipment. There’s a coffee and tea bar set up with towels to use when you need to dry your sweat. Also they have a yoga studio and classes to enjoy. Highly recommend if you want a nice relaxing day or a day to sweat.”
