Jan and all of the instructors are kind, helpful and classes are always fun. I love the app and reservation system. One time due to illness a class was cancelled, but I was communicated with quickly. For people that are new to climbing, they offer classes and safety training so you can enjoy the climbing gym on your first day. Ryan, our climbing instructor was awesome! All the staff was pretty helpful. Had a great time!”

“What a great facility. The people you are working with really care. Mark has been my go-to guy to increase my driver distance without losing any of my accuracy. Club head speed is up 5 miles an hour in 1 month and every now and then I get a little more than that. As a single digit handicap I thought I knew how to play golf. What I realized was I didn't know how to create power and I did not have the right fitness for it. I will update the review at 2 months and 3 months. If you want to play better golf and enjoy it more this is a must try.”

“Leandro is a very patient, motivational trainer. He is always looking at your form to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly. He makes modifications if they are too easy or too hard. I feel welcome and appreciated when I am there. I have been going for 6 months now and at first I didn't think that I could do it. I kept at it and now I notice a real difference in my stamina!
