“We stayed in a villa that had 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms in it. It had a large kitchen, and table so the whole family could enjoy breakfasts and lunches there. There are a ton of shopping and restaurants nearby. Not walking distance though. The hotel also does little events for the whole family. We got to enjoy a reptile show! The large pool at the check-in location is nice size and has a lot of little slides and mini pools around. It also has a bar for food and drinks. Lots of seating. It was a ways from our room, but they offer a shuttle to the villa. It's close to the beach, not walking distance though. There's not much parking for the beaches, so we had to drive a ways before we found one that we could park at. It was maybe 3 or 4 miles from the beach closest to the hotel.”

“This was my first, but hopefully not my last stay at the resort. I was at the resort for business and stayed 4 nights. I arrived around 7pm on a Sunday. The valet and check-in experience was smooth. My room was very clean and the temperature was perfect. Finding a soaking tub in the huge bathroom was a great bonus. The only complaint I have is regarding a slight odor in the shower. I think it was coming up from the drain, not from the water. Room service was easy, prompt and the food was hot. The coffee at Marketplace was delicious and there was a good variety of non-alcoholic beverages. I want to give a shout out to the bell stand and the valet. Their hustle, friendliness and unwavering devotion to customer service, made my visit even more pleasant. I will definitely go back!”

Being just steps away from the beach meant I could wake up to the soothing sound of waves and enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening. They recently undergone renovations to all their public spaces. “Its a clean place and the front staff were super nice and helpful. Helped with my accommodations i requested by sending just a simple message before my stay. The room was pretty big and smelled good. Ac was nice and cold. Parking lot gets pretty full when they are fully booked but still easy to get in and out. Very close to Legoland and a couple min drive only. Recommend if you are coming and it was a very affordable price. Hope this helped and you have the same experience as us.”

“Stayed in a deluxe knight and dragon room. Son loved the bunk bed, and the daily loot drop in the safe. Make sure to start the puzzle hunt when you are in the lobby. Pool area is very nice, and there is outdoor entertainment in the evening. Totally aimed at children, as opposed to the Disney resort which is more aimed at the whole family.”

“As far as hotels go, it is pretty good. However, once you incorporate the Legoland experience and kid-centered focus, it is fantastic. Customer service was great and the activities for kids in the hotel is worth it. Even just little details in the rooms that make the trip that much easier and more fun for the kids makes all the difference. I would definitely come back here again for a future trip.”

“PERFECT FOR FAMILY FUN Our family had a great time at this beach house! It has something for everyone! The house was outfitted with games, toys and a play house for the kids. It also had beach toys and chairs to take to the beach for some beach fun. We walked to the beach in 5 minutes, and then after some beach fun, we relaxed in the jacuzzi back at the house! Also, its not far from the Carlsbad outlets! The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. It's a great place to have some family fun or just relax. We would definitely come back again!”

“Our family had a great stay here. We even extended our stay because of how great everything was. The employees are all friendly and helpful, the location is perfect next to the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance to enjoy. They even have beach towels, chairs, and toys you can borrow. The hotel was clean. The friendly front desk woman (sorry, I didn't catch your name) made us feel welcome and was so helpful with our room extensions. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience. “Playing here was probably the best golf experience I've had in a long time on a public course. From start to finish, the staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The starter, Jerry, got us going on our round in such a pleasant mood, after giving us a quick rundown of the course ahead, while being the friendliest starter my wife and I have probably ever met. The course was in such great condition, especially since we played just weeks ahead of the LPGA event to be held here. The greens were tricky but definitely rolled really well. Not a terribly difficult course but plays very fun. So many holes could have been signature holes on many other courses. Would love to play here again and will definitely recommend this to everyone in the area”

“If weather cooperates this is an excellent place to stay and relax. Came here for 1 night for some R&R after a trip to LA and San Diego to just sit by the pool and do nothing but weather did not cooperate. But that is not a problem as there are other things that can be done both on the property and around. The room we got was excellent large with excellent amenities and plush bedding. Service was wonderful and the room service dining was great. Given how late we arrived we just wanted some tea and sweets and they were delicious! I mean top notch pastry delights. I'd stay there again just for that! Weather was cold that day though 72F for the high and cloudy with light drizzle, so couldn't use the pool but no matter...”
