One of my towers, I noticed the bass being overwhelmingly louder than the other. Called Bestbuy and got the run around to 5 people, with no answer. “Water sports rental facility was well staffed with knowledgeable and friendly employees. For someone not experienced with driving boats, the rental orientation made me feel safe and prepared for my excursion on the lagoon. Our two hour session on the Runabout was fantastic and made for the perfect family picnic on the lagoon. Restrooms were clean and there was plenty of parking on our arrival. Gift shop had plenty of sunscreen, hats, snacks, and products for waterproofing phones and things like cash and cards. Overall we had an enjoyable experience and would definitely come back on our next trip to Carlsbad.”
