“Service was great. Booked a one night stay.The room was a double bed,downstairs. The room was clean, beds had 3 pillows,very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great. The selection of food items included hot food items, pastries, juices,cereal,fruit,and a waffle station. I would recommend to anyone, especially since the beach is a few blocks away.”

“Wow, what a cool place to stay! Friendly employees, super clean and they just refurbished the whole place! Everything is within walking distance in encinitas so we didn't need to use our car! Beaches are beautiful and great places to eat. Prices are the best in town and believe me, we checked. Safe upgraded rooms and awesome guests to chat with. Thanks again for the great stay and we'll definitely be back!”

“Friendly staff, great location (walking distance to beach and restaurants), and adequate parking. Only reason not 5 stars is because sheets and towels were scratchy and cheap, also there were a few minor maintenance issues, but other than that it was great.”

“My in laws have lived here for 5 years now and we love coming to visit them! The community is so nice and everyone is so friendly. It’s right next to a beautiful park so it’s great when we bring our kids over. And so close to the beach!! We love it so much here were even considering moving in ourselves! This place is great. 5 stars without a doubt!”

“I have lived here for over three years...I love that we are steps to Leucadia Oaks Park, close to places to eat (Fish 101, A little More and Pannikin, just to name a few),shops and three blocks from Grandview Beach. The trailer park has made several upgrades, like a sweet place to play Cornhole,also a Doggie corral for your pup to relieve himself, There are showers and a laundry facility(just make sure you have lots of quarters). Those of us that have decided to make TR our home are close as a community...as in all communities there is the occasional drama, but manageable. For me, my husband and pup we call this HOME!”
