“Good park. Only 2 regular swings, and 1 baby swing. Probably a better park for a picnic because it’s a little boring, err, it’s playground equipment is a little irregular which is cool for a little bit, kids have to use their imaginations to enjoy it, which is good for their brains. Definitely challenging equipment for uncoordinated.”

“I love Botanic Gardens! Came here with my friend and husband (they both love plants and I like flowers) to explore. Admission is $18 which I found pretty high. I would think for that amount, there should be a bigger parking lot (we found parking on the side street, not even in the lot). The garden is huge though and we spent 2 hours exploring. There weren't any water fountains (that we saw) and I was dying of thirst after walking so much and emptied out our water bottle! The greenhouse had really cool plants like the corpse plant and a helpful and creative display of how to care for your plants and visual examples of them. I have to say, the gift shop was a little disappointing and didn't have too much stuff. They definitely sell a lot of plants though. On our exploration of the gardens, it is easy to get lost and miss lots of things cause there is so much to see! From a blue lined lizard to the real tree house with a great view and lots of different fruit and flower trees! Admission price is high but I will say there is plenty to see and walk around. It definitely helps to bring a hat or umbrella.”

“A nice quiet grassy area, with the open space around it feels larger”

“The only negative is no bathrooms. Same great playground structure like Cottonwood Creek Park. Small skate park for beginners. Picnic tables and a few pergolas. Front row view of the trains passing by for kids to enjoy. Street parking.”

“I have lived here for over three years...I love that we are steps to Leucadia Oaks Park, close to places to eat (Fish 101, A little More and Pannikin, just to name a few),shops and three blocks from Grandview Beach. The trailer park has made several upgrades, like a sweet place to play Cornhole, also a Doggie corral for your pup to relieve himself, There are showers and a laundry facility(just make sure you have lots of quarters). Those of us that have decided to make TR our home are close as a community...as in all communities there is the occasional drama, but manageable. For me, my husband and pup we call this HOME!”

“small choppy waves most of the time, on big days they clean up nice. Even 7s and 8s are easy to ride, they just roll in really slow. You won't find any barrels here. Great lefts, best at low tide. Watch out for the rocky bottom jumping off your board my brother needed 5 stitches in his foot”
