Anthony assisted us and what great customer service. He not only tightened the sunglasses, but my regular glasses as well and then thoroughly cleaned both pairs. Did not ask if we were customers or where we bought the frames. This LensCrafters sets the standard and above for customer service which all businesses should use as a template.”

“It's tough to give the place a complete 5-star review when the staff is "efficiently knowledgeable," but then I look at it this way: (1) I do most of my own homework well in advance and come prepared, (2) their prices are close to Amazon, for those wanting to find the best deals (and they often price match), (3) they are convenient to my home, (4) they have a really good selection, and (5) I particularly like their providing a choice of either (a) no interest for a period of time, or (b) cash rewards, when paying for a product. And the best part of all? their 14/15 day Return Policy. It provides an opp to "test drive" a product, and for me, that's key. Thanks, Best Buy!”

My wife, who is a beginner, loves this place too as there isn't very much trouble on most holes. The price can be a bit expensive for what you get at peak times, but we usually play twilight rate.
