“A great Ramona restaraunt. Sam, the owner, has a little piece of Heaven here in Mariscos. Quiet and convenient with amazing, freshly made Mexican cuisine. My go to is the Octopus in Garlic or the three enchilada plate. They've got it all, great service, great ambiance and great food. Indoor and outdoor seating for small or large parties. “I didn't eat at the restaurant. We ordered take out and drove another half hour to eat at the St. Ysabel Nature Center. After the long wait, the food was still good. The sauces were "on the side" , and we saved the extra. My daughter used them to add flavors to two more meals at home. There was a lot of packaging, but most of it is compostable, and we will reuse the strong outer plastic shopping bag with handles. It was a good day!”

“Convenient pizza at an affordable price. Nothing to write home about but great for when you are in a hurry. Good pizza served fairly quick. I find I often have to wait a few minutes for the hot and ready but not that long. If they were better at managing them I would probably rate with a 5 star. No complaints tho other than that.”

“Update We returned this evening for dinner and Tammy was our server again.. Great smile, personality and customer service. My wife had a Don Julio Blanco and soda with 3 limes and I ordered a cup of broccoli cheddar soup which was so so good.. Then the entrees as my wife ordered the Chicken Marsala and I had the California Melt recommended by Dalton another amazing server and great recommendation. The entertainment was superb and we enjoyed the time and the ambiance with a view of the golf course.. Highly recommended and guess what they serve and amazing breakfast menu as well.. Check them out.. 4/3/2022 Great find and nice time. The wife and I decided to head to Ramona a few days after my surgery and we had a late lunch at Oaks Grill which was fantastic. First of all they have a terrific menu and amazing service. Yes, Tammy and Jericho were stellar and quite attentive and informative. The drinks were thirst quenching delights and the starter salad fresh and tasty. My wife had the smashburger with delightful sweet potato fries and I had the chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and asparagus...oh baby...so so good. The view, the ambiance, the array of food choices and the service are all worthy of praise and mention. We highly recommend and will certainly be back. Kudos to the staff and management on a finely tuned, well run and apparently successful restaurant and get this, they have entertainment on Thursday evenings. Go and check it out....”

Yes, the drinks are a bit pricey but you pay for high quality ingredients. Yes, there is a bit of a wait… but who isn’t short staffed these days. “One of my top ten places to go. My bf and I always have a good experience here. Food is ordered quickly and served almost as quickly. The wait staff are incredibly kind and quick to offer any assistance if needed but not to imped on your dining service. The prices are low but the quality is good. I have had a few items that just wasn't for me but I also accept I'm somewhat of a picky eater and that doesn't lend itself necessarily of the overall quality or taste of the food. I love going there for breakfast, it's generally calm and quiet, which is nice just trying to get started in the morning. Overall I'd give this place a B+”

“Tri tip sandwich was amazingly good just delicious smokey meat, grilled onions, BBQ sauce. Nice Roll , grilled. The Sandwich was excellent. The corn bread looked like it was baked on sheet pans way to thin, should be twice as high, also dry. The place was busy, Staff was very professional, hard working. I'll be back as the meat was perfect.”
