“A few years ago, our remote control that operates our home theater system was no longer working. The folks who installed our system in 2005 were long out of business. I was so lucky to find Seth and Aire Theater who walked me through options and re-programmed everything for us. Any time we have a glitch (usually it's due to our cable provider), Seth has been there for us very quickly helping me troubleshoot, as recently as yesterday, he called after he had left the office and his suggestion did the fix. “? Last week I used Jim the Handyman for the first time readying a property to list For Sale in Vienna. Igor and Milton arrived on time for an 8:00 AM appointment. They were thoroughly professional and performed master level quality work re-grouting and caulking two shower surrounds. They removed old deteriorated grout and applied new that they completed by 3:00 PM. Igor and Milton removed debris generated from grout removal and performed detailed cleanup. I my opinion and experience price was reasonable, $520.00 for labor and $49.00 for materials for each surround = $1138.00 total cost.”
