It is made with pistachio and arugula instead of basil which was less than satisfying. However, the scalloped were cooked beautifully. The lobster ravioli was creaming and surprisingly filling!”

“Superb instruction in a traditional Japanese Dojo. Sensei Sanguinetti has 50 years experience in the martial arts. He learned first hand from Sensei Matayoshi in Okinawa the art of Matayoshi Kobudo. He learned first hand Goju-Ryu Karate following the direct line from Chojun Miyagi in Okinawa. Sensei Robinson is incredibly helpful. And all the practitioners I have met are supportive in a family atmosphere. My three daughters, wife, son and myself have all taken classes and there isn't any other Dojo that I would venture could come close in Southern California.”
