“A pretty great coffee house with a lot of options. They serve breakfast burritos as well. I enjoyed my oat milk latte and also the green tea. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The inside is cozy and the store has a cool notice for Google reviewers up on the wall. They also have a “pay with a post-it” program where you can purchase a drink in advance for someone less fortunate. The person can take a post-it from the chalkboard and get a free drink. The only criticism I have for this place is the name of the corporation—“Beanery Corporation.” It just has a…distasteful ring to it because of its proximity to a certain derogatory term. Edit: The coffee shop has stated that “beanery” is an old, turn-of-the-century term meaning “cafe” or “cheap eats.””

“An excellent tucked away café. Hidden in an office building, you'd never expect to find such a spacious and accommodating patio and a clean modern interior. Lattes were tasty, froamy, and not too sugary. Breakfast portions were modest but under 10$, good for not weighing you down if you've got work to do. “You have to get here early to get the pastry. My daughter tells me it's worth it but I'll have to wait until my next visit. I can vouch for the beach bombs and coffee. I had the sausage, egg, cheese & jalapeno Beach bomb and it was excellent. The ingredients are baked into what looks like a hamburger bun, but the bread is sweeter. Since the ingredients are hidden, they give you a visual clue baked into the top of the bread. In my case, a thin slice of jalapeno. I also had a white chocolate mocha. The food and drink were excellent and service was fast and friendly. There are tables in front of the building available first come, first served. Highly recommend for a quick breakfast!”

“Accessibility: there are two disabled parking spots in front of the restaurant a few doors down and the ramp to get onto the sidewalk is there too. The doors to enter this building are two, very wide, pull doors. Inside it is well lit, but the parking lot is dark at night with really no lights. There are wheelchair accessible tables inside with moveable chairs, but no seating outside. Experience: it's super cute inside, the employees are really nice and helpful in explaining what's inside of different drinks, and they made my drinks quickly. The drinks are smaller in size than a few other boba places I have been to and they were a little bit more expensive (by one dollar). The drinks were good, with very soft flavors instead of being intense flavor packed. Very good but not in my top favorite.”

“Beach Break Cafe We ordered the omelette and chili-size burger. Even though we have been in the U.S. for several years, we are shocked at the size of the meal. That plate of potatoes is just a side came with the omelette. Also that big bowl of soup was supposed to be a cup of soup came with my burger!!! I like the chili-size burger a lot. It looked weird （to me 😆) but tasted really good. Omelette was kind of so so. Next time we will try something different!”

“My friend and I finally came here after his persistence of a place with the best cinnamon rolls anywhere, ever. He is 100% right. The cinnamon rolls, and the brown butter banana nut muffins, are worth the trip no matter where you live in the area or if you’re just visiting. “Really fast service! First time visiting this location and was hesitant because of a rather long line upon arrival... however, it went really quickly. Despite a line out the door, we placed our order in less than five minutes and then waited about the same amount of time for the teas to be ready. The menu is very large with options and prices are literally 50% of other brands (looking straight at you Bubble-Up!). You can get adjusted sugar and ice levels which is a really nice feature. 10/10 would go again.”
