They offer new, used and retreaded tires so if you're pinching Penny's and don't have the 250 per tire to spend at discount tire this is the place to go. Last but not least. They are pretty fast as long as they don't have a lot of customers at once but even then they get people taken care of as fast as possible. I highly recommend this place”

“I assume most good businesses send you email and text reminders of service but that doesn’t mean I don’t appreciate the service. The little things that add up to whether it’s bad or good or great service. There was a small wait after I arrived. It’s amazing that it was a small wait judging by the number of cars lining up for service. John Solis checked me in for my 5000 mile service. I like John. Always friendly, just the right amount of small talk and efficient at his job. What more can you ask for? The projected time was 2 hours and the service was completed in just over an hour. They have amenities in the waiting room such as TV but in this day and age most everyone had a laptop open or were gazing at their smart phones. My experience this time was same as the previous times I have come in for service. Personnel is always professional and the vehicle service is top notch. Yes I would recommend Toyota of Poway to anyone looking to buy or service their Toyota.”

“Passing through and had an electrical issue. Called 2 mobile places and another dealer before talking to Cliff at South Coast. He said if we could get there within the hour, they could squeeze us in. They had us in and out in an hour and a half. “Glenn is an old school mechanic. It is nice to have someone work on your car or truck with no chance of getting cheated, over charged or gouged on prices. Glenn has been a mechanic for more years than I've been alive. He knows his stuff on so many different aspects of being a mechanic. Diesel trucks new and old. “If I could give out more stars, I would certainly will. Sean went above and beyond to resolve my issue. After my car went through an open heart surgery, it was exhibiting miss firing issues. I took the car back to the shop who did the repair told me to take the car to a performance shop then I found Sean. I am so happy that I meat him cause he was very knowledgeable, methodical, and very careful. He diagnosed the issue and fix it while the shop told me that my turbo might be going bad. That was not true at all because turbo was fine as I expected. If you are in SoCal, give Sean a chance. You will be happy that you did cause he will get the job done. I am planning on taking my car back to him to upgrade my ECU and get it fully tuned. I am very picky when it comes to who can work on my car, but I certainly trust Sean to work on my 2JZGTE Supra. Before you decide to do any major modifications to your car, please reach out to him for an advice. Tuner knows best...”
