Working out regularly with Keirsten has made such a difference not only in my fitness level, but in my overall happiness. It’s hard to motivate to workout on my own, but I always look forward to my workouts with Keirsten. Instead of focusing on which muscle groups I want to work, she’ll ask, “How does your body feel today?” and then tailor the workout to the appropriate strength and energy level. Don’t get me wrong, we work very hard! (and my butt has never looked better!) As a dancer and aerialist, she knows how to build strength without bulk. And the work she’s done with me on balance and mobility will be even more valuable as I get older. I never dread going to see her because I know I’m going to be supported no matter my mood and I know that I’ll leave feeling better than I did going in.
